Quality and testing teams in Fluir controls manufacturing spend a lot of time on work that has nothing to do with testing — pulling readings from test rigs or logs, formatting them into a report, and checking everything by hand before it ships with the product. For one client, that process was eating over an hour per report.
The problem: good data, slow reporting
The test data itself wasn't the issue. Pressure readings, flow rates, and tolerance checks were being recorded correctly during testing.
The bottleneck was everything after — copying numbers into a report template, formatting tables, double-checking values against spec sheets, and producing a clean document for every unit or batch that needed one.
